Great Ways to Make Money at Home

Making money at home is not easy. But then again, neither is working 9:00 to 5:00!

Being your own boss and setting your own hours beats working hard so an overpaid CEO gets rich off your sweat and labor, which is why I'm sharing three great ways to make money at home!

Infolinks: Make a website, host ads

Infolinks, INTENTclick, and other in-text monetization services such as Viglinks and Kontera are great ways to make money. What they do is they place ads inside your actual text, so that when somebody hovers over the text they see an ad for something relevant to them. It's best to choose a narrow network aimed at a few types of sites because that way you can deliver better targeted ads. For example, INTENTclick is designed for coupon and making money sites while Infolinks is designed for all types of sites.
Other advertising options include Google AdSense and affiliate marketing banner ads. Google AdSense is pay per click so you get paid each time somebody clicks on one of your ads. Affiliate marketing programs pay you per each sale or per each lead. So, if somebody clicks on a banner on your site and then buys a product, you get a commission (usually a percentage but it can be a flat amount) of whatever they buy.

Put ads in a mobile app

Mobile app monetization is when you squeeze every bit of juice you can out of a mobile app you have developed. If you make money at home by making mobile apps, you can get money from selling the ap in an app store, by placing advertisements in the app, or by having a “fremium” app (the multiplayer gaming term is “Pay2Win”) whereby people can buy additional content but the base game is free. Many gaming apps follow this model, and even some PC games like Team Fortress 2 have started using it. Often, you get users to spend more money on less content if you make the core game free.
You could also combine these methods and make a “premium” version of the game without ads. Or, you could have an app where you can unlock extra features (like modules in CRM programs) for a fee, and doing this also disables the ads.
